THE 2008 AFPCA REUNION WILL BE AT THE MILLENNIUM AIRPORT HOTEL BUFFALO, BUFFALO, NEW YORK SEPTEMBER 14, 2008 WITH DEPARTURE SEPTEMBER 17, 2008.

We were able to an agreed rate of $99 per night plus tax and this includes 3 days prior to the 14th and 3 days after the 17th of September should you desire to arrive early and/or depart later than the period of the reunion. Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from the airport and the AM Trak station. Complimentary parking is available. We have a block of 50 rooms so please make your reservations now and once again invite a son, daughter, brother, sister or a friends to see this area of New York which includes Buffalo/NiagaraFalls/Ontario.

TO MAKE YOUR EARLY RESERVATIONS PLEASE CALL 1-800-323-3331 AND IDENTIFY THE RESERVATION UNDER THE GROUP NAME OF AIR FORCE POSTAL AND COURIER ASSOCIATION FOR THE SPECIAL RATES. CUT OFF DATE FOR RESERVATIONS IS AUGUST 15, 2008 HOWEVER PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS ASAP. RECOMMEND THAT YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW AND IF SOMETHING COMES UP YOU CAN THEN CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AS LONG AS IT IS CANCELLED BEFORE 6PM ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2008.

REGISTRATION FOR THE REUNION IS $50 PER PERSON AND INCLUDES THE BANQUET ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 2008 AND FAREWELL BREAKFAST ON WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 17, 2008 AND ANY ADDITIONAL AMENITIES WE ARE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE. THE DINNER MENU WILL BE PRIME RIB, PORK LOIN OR CHICKEN. WE WILL NEED TO KNOW YOUR AND YOUR GUESTS SELECTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

WE HAVE AN OPTIONAL TOUR SCHEDULED ROUNDABOUT NIAGARA NEW YORK AND ONTARIO ON SEPTEMBER 15, 2008. THIS TOUR WILL TAKE 6 TO 7 HOURS AND INCLUDES LUNCH. THIS OPTIONAL TOUR IS $63 PERSON.
